Product Description
Recotril-100 mg contains Racecadotril IP, an antisecretory antidiarrhoeal medicine used in the symptomatic management of acute diarrhoea when prescribed by a qualified healthcare professional. It helps reduce the excessive secretion of water and electrolytes into the intestine.
Rehydration remains an important part of diarrhoea management: this medicine does not replace oral rehydration solution (ORS), and the underlying cause of the diarrhoea may also need assessment.
