Product Description
Ecopan-D combines pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid production, with domperidone, a medicine that affects gastrointestinal movement and may be prescribed for nausea and vomiting when appropriate.
Each hard gelatin capsule contains pantoprazole as enteric-coated pellets and domperidone as sustained-release pellets. The combination should be used only when a healthcare professional decides that both ingredients are suitable for the patient. It is not simply a stronger version of Ecopan-40, which contains pantoprazole alone.

Directions for use
Use only as directed by a registered medical practitioner. Do not repeat doses or change the regimen yourself. Confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before opening or altering the capsule.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry and dark place below 30°C. Protect from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep the medicine out of reach of children.
Important safety information
Domperidone may increase the risk of serious heart-rhythm disturbances in susceptible patients and may interact with certain medicines. Tell the prescriber about any heart condition, electrolyte imbalance, liver disease and all medicines you take.
Seek urgent medical attention for fainting, palpitations or severe dizziness.
