These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Health Plus Innovation Pvt. Ltd. (“HPI”, “we”, “us”) and of the services offered through it. By browsing the website, creating or using an account, or placing an enquiry or order, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Return Policy, which are separate documents.
02Eligibility and Account Registration

We aim to present product information — such as composition, dosage form, strength and pack size — accurately and as printed on the product packaging. Product images are for illustration; always read the label and the information supplied with the product.
4.2Prescription medicines

4.4Pricing

05Order Placement and Order Confirmation
Online checkout is not yet available on the website. Adding products to your cart does not place an order. To place an order, contact our team through the Support page.

- interfere with the website, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or try to bypass security measures;
- copy, scrape or reuse website content except as allowed in section 10.
9.2Account security
Keep your password confidential and sign out on shared devices. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at digitalhpi2026@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
10Intellectual Property
The website and its content — including text, images, product photographs, logos and the HPI name — belong to HPI or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business or personal use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HPI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, or for interruptions, errors or unavailability of the website.
