Product Description
Ecoliv SR 450 contains ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), a bile acid medicine used under medical supervision for selected liver and bile-related conditions. Suitability depends on the patient's diagnosis, medical history and the healthcare professional's assessment.
The sustained-release formulation is designed to release the medicine differently from a standard tablet. It should not be substituted with another strength or formulation, such as Ecoliv 300, without professional guidance.

Important safety information
Tell your healthcare professional about your medical history and all medicines you take. Bile-acid-binding agents and aluminium-containing antacids may reduce UDCA absorption.
Possible side effects include diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal discomfort, itching and rash. Seek medical advice if symptoms are severe or persistent.
