Product Description
Ecoblast M combines bilastine, a second-generation antihistamine, with montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist. The two medicines act through different pathways involved in allergic symptoms, and a healthcare professional may prescribe the combination when appropriate for the patient's condition and medical history.
The pack highlights sneezing, runny nose, itching and watery eyes as allergy-related symptoms. Ecoblast M is not a rescue medicine for a sudden asthma attack.

Directions for use
As directed by the physician. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about timing with food and fruit juice, because bilastine absorption may be affected.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry and dark place below 25°C. Protect from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep the medicine out of reach of children.

Montelukast has been associated with serious mood- and behaviour-related effects, including sleep disturbances, depression and suicidal thoughts or behaviour. Discuss the benefits and risks with your doctor and seek immediate advice if new mental-health symptoms develop.
